颈段髓内肿瘤约占髓内肿瘤的５０％［１］。因其病变部位和局部解剖结构的特点，对疾病的发展及预后会产生重要的影响。１９９５年１月～１９９７年３月我们共收治颈段髓内肿瘤２０例，术前均行ＭＲＩ检查并行手术治疗。现报告如下。１　临床资料１．１　一般资料　本组２０例 Cervical intramedullary tumors account for about 50% of intramedullary tumors [1].
