建立反相高效液相色谱法测定双黄连注射液中黄芩苷的含量。方法 :采用安捷伦C18色谱柱(218mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-水-冰醋酸(20:20:60:0.01),检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃。黄芩苷在0.2~0.8mg·m L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99997)。黄芩苷平均回收率分别为99.5%。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于双黄连注射液中黄芩苷的含量测定。
To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian injection. METHODS: The analytical column was equipped with an Agilent C18 column (218 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a detection wavelength of 254 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min with a column temperature of 30 ℃. Baicalin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2 ~ 0.8 mg · m L-1 (r = 0.99997). The average recoveries of baicalin were 99.5%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be used for the determination of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian injection.
