作文教学困境迭出,一直是个老大难问题。一是源于教材。课本上的写作知识介绍简约,作文训练点分布零散,点与点间联系疏松、衔接不强。二是源于教师。教师苦于手中无作文教材,仅凭单元后的短小作文指导来进行教学,造成教师作文课难备、难教,故作文课堂教学随意、自流、无序,往往达不到预期目的。三是源于学生。学生生活面相对较狭窄,又忽略生活的观察,因而素材少——没话写;没有掌握审题、立意和布局谋篇的基本写作知识及方法——不会写;认识能力低,语言词汇单薄,驾驶语言能力不高——写不好。因此,教师要从反思中寻求出路,并针对问题,寻求对策。
