目的研究奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效及毒副作用。方法奥沙利铂130 mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天,亚叶酸钙100 mg/m2,氟尿嘧啶500 mg静脉推注后,350 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天~第5天。21 d 1周期,至少3个周期。结果36例CR8.3 %,PR38.9 %,SD38.9 %,PD13.9 %,总有效率(RR):47.2 %(17/36)。结论奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙和氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效肯定,毒副作用也能耐受。 Objective To study the efficacy and side effects of oxaliplatin plus leucovorin and fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
