随着社会的发展,经济水平的高度提升,人们对于教育也越发的开始重视。从20世纪80年代以来,我国的教育模式发生了质的变化,从只单纯的注重教育理论向注重学生教育实践的教育模式方向进行转变。校企合作是一种充分的利用学校资源与企业资源的办学模式,由高职院校与企业合力为社会培养高技能高素质人才的一种办学模式,激励机制关键是激发企业与职业教育自身需求和主体意识,激励机制在校企合作中起到了重大的意义,本文主要是围绕激励机制在校企合作中的应用及从个层次构建企业参与高职教育激励机制的具体策略展开的探讨,分析。
