针对矿用自卸车常用的断开式转向机构,介绍了一种可兼顾重车和轻车两种工况的多参数优化设计方法,并利用该方法设计了某矿用自卸车的转向机构。通过虚拟样机对设计结果进行验证,结果表明该转向机构可同时满足重车和轻车两种工况的使用要求,并在一定程度上提高了车辆的操纵稳定性。经试验验证,该设计方法具有较好的可行性及实用性。
Aiming at the commonly used disconnected steering mechanism of mining dump truck, a multi-parameter optimization design method which can consider both working conditions of heavy truck and light vehicle is introduced. By using this method, the steering mechanism of a mining dump truck is designed. The result of the design is validated by the virtual prototype. The results show that the steering mechanism can meet the requirements of heavy vehicles and light vehicles at the same time and improve the handling stability of the vehicles to a certain extent. The experimental verification, the design method has good feasibility and practicality.
