近日发布的《河北省中医药发展“十三五”规划》提出,“十三五”期间,河北省将强化公立中医医院建设,每个设区市均建成1所三级甲等中医医院,所有县级中医医院完成基本建设任务、达到二级甲等水平;鼓励有条件的中医医疗机构到海外开办中医医院、连锁诊所和中医养生保健机构;扶持中药产品出口贸易发展,打造国家级中药出口示范基地。到2020年,实现人人享有基本中医药服务,初步建成中医药强省。 Recently released “Hebei Province, the development of Chinese medicine” “13 ” “plan ” during the “13th Five-Year ” period, Hebei Province will strengthen the construction of public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, each set up a city built a three Chinese medicine hospitals and all county-level Chinese medicine hospitals to complete basic construction tasks and achieve Grade-2 A level; to encourage qualified Chinese-medicine medical institutions to set up overseas Chinese-funded hospitals, chain clinics and Chinese medicine health care institutions; to support the development of export trade in Chinese medicine products and to create National demonstration base for the export of Chinese medicine.
