本文通过运用实验法、文献资料法,对怀化学院体育系2007级健美操专修班男生持续参加2年健美操运动后各身体形态指标进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,持续参加健美操运动对男大学生的身体形态具有积极的影响作用,可以减小男大学生的腰围,改善腰臀比,提高瘦体重,减少体脂百分比、体内多余的脂肪,使肌肉更结实,从而达到健身健美目的。
In this paper, by using the method of experiment and literature review, the body shape indexes of 2007 boys ’aerobics majors in Department of Physical Education in Huaihua University after 2 years’ continuous aerobic exercise are studied experimentally. The results show that continuous participation in aerobic exercise on male students body shape has a positive effect on the male students can reduce the waist circumference, improve waist and hip ratio, increase lean body mass, reduce body fat percentage, the body of excess fat, so that the muscles More solid, so as to achieve fitness and bodybuilding purposes.
