计时装置显示的时间间隔、标准针穿入沥青试样的深度、温度及恒温时间、标准针光洁度、表面张力,均是影响沥青针入度测试值大小的因素。依据《沥青针入度试验仪计量检定规程》对沥青针入度仪校准不确定度的分量进行分析,并分别计算了示值系统、计时装置、温度显示装置引入的不确定度分量。本研究作为沥青针入度仪校准不确定度分析的初步探索,为该类仪器设备校准不确定度报告的出具提供支持。
The time interval displayed by the timing device, the penetration depth of the standard needle into the asphalt sample, the temperature and the constant temperature time, the standard needle finish and the surface tension are all the factors that affect the test value of the asphalt penetration. Based on the “Asphalt Penetration Tester’s Measurement Verification Regulation”, the components of the uncertainty of calibration of asphalt penetration meter are analyzed and the components of uncertainty introduced by the indication system, timing device and temperature display device are respectively calculated. This study, as an initial exploration into the uncertainty analysis of the calibration of asphalt penetration tester, provides support for the issuance of the report on the calibration uncertainty of such equipment.
