采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了B掺杂的TiO_2光催化剂,并用XRD、SEM、XPS、FT-IR、BET等手段进行了表征。结果表明,掺杂B可抑制TiO_2晶体的长大,对TiO_2表面形貌没有显著的影响,B-TiO_2催化剂的比表面积随着B离子掺杂量的提高而增大;B离子主要进入晶格间隙并与TiO_2晶体形成固溶体,以B-O-Ti结构存在。B掺杂量(质量分数)为3%时,制备出的TiO_2光催化剂对甲基橙的降解效果最好。N_2吸附-脱附结果表明,3%B-TiO_2的BET比面积为127.84 m~2/g、平均孔径为10.53 nm。
B-doped TiO 2 photocatalysts were synthesized by sol-gel method and characterized by XRD, SEM, XPS, FT-IR and BET. The results show that the doping B can inhibit the growth of TiO 2 crystal and has no significant effect on the surface morphology of TiO 2. The specific surface area of B-TiO 2 catalyst increases with the increase of B doping content. B ions mainly enter the lattice Gap and form a solid solution with TiO 2 crystal, with BO-Ti structure. When the B doping amount (mass fraction) is 3%, the prepared TiO 2 photocatalyst has the best degradation effect on methyl orange. The results of N 2 adsorption and desorption showed that the BET specific area of 3% B-TiO 2 was 127.84 m 2 / g and the average pore diameter was 10.53 nm.
