建立了和谐HXD1型机车电器屏柜散热系统的三维模型并进行数值模拟,通过计算得出该散热系统的速度场和温度场,与实验结果相比较验证了设计的合理性,同时比较了不同风扇与不同热源位置情况下系统的散热性能,得出风扇的配置对强迫风冷流场有决定性作用,增大风扇的风速可以提高散热效果,但其散热效率随着功率的升高逐渐下降,合理的热源布局可以优化流场,提高散热性能。
A three-dimensional model of the harmony HXD1 motorcycle electrical cabinet cooling system was established and numerical simulation was carried out. The velocity field and temperature field of the cooling system were calculated. Compared with the experimental results, the rationality of the design was verified. It is concluded that the configuration of the fan has a decisive effect on the flow field of forced air cooling. Increasing the wind speed of the fan can improve the heat dissipation efficiency, but the cooling efficiency of the fan decreases gradually with the increase of the power. The heat source layout can optimize the flow field and improve the heat dissipation performance.
