用乙醇-水作流动相,建立了同时测定复方硝酸益康唑乳膏中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和丙酯的高效液相色谱方法,分析柱为Hyper oD sc C18(250mm×4mm,i.d)色谱柱,流动相:乙醇:水=45:55,流速为0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm,回收率为94.92%~107.42%。经测定,复方硝酸益康唑乳膏中尼泊金甲酯、丙酯质量分数分别为1.97‰(g.g-1)、0.950‰(g.g-1),含量测定重复性RSD分别为0.62%、1.5%。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of methyl and propylparabens in compound econazole nitrate cream by using ethanol-water as mobile phase. The analytical column was Hyper oD sc C18 (250 mm × 4 mm, id) The mobile phase consisted of ethanol: water = 45:55, the flow rate was 0.8 mL.min-1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the recovery was 94.92% -107.42%. The content of propylparaben and methylparaben in the compound econazole nitrate cream were 1.97 ‰ (gg-1) and 0.950 ‰ (gg-1), respectively, and the repeatability RSD were 0.62%, 1.5 %.
