针对具有激励特征的动态综合评价问题,以被评价对象不同时段的增益为基点,兼顾评价双重信息,提出一种基于时序增益激励的信息集结方法。首先在三种不同奖惩情境下,通过增益确定不同的奖惩层级,在此基础上利用决策者偏好信息确定激励系数;然后运用差异因子和理想贴近度修正增益值,据此得到带有奖惩特征的评价结果。该方法体现评价者的奖惩需求,通过逐层激励,可拉大被评价对象的整体差距,期望对个体或组织的良性发展起到引导作用。最后,通过一个算例验证了方法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of dynamic comprehensive assessment with motivation features, this paper proposes a method of information aggregation based on time-series gain incentives, taking the gain of different subjects as the starting point and the double information of evaluation. Firstly, under different situations of reward and punishment, different levels of reward and punishment are determined by gain, and based on this, the incentive coefficient is determined by using the preference information of the decision maker. Then, the gain value is corrected by using the difference factor and the ideal close degree, Evaluation results. The method reflects the rewards and punishments of the evaluators. Through the layer-by-layer incentive, the method can widen the overall gap of the evaluated objects and hopefully plays a guiding role in the healthy development of individuals and organizations. Finally, an example is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.
