给出了一种用于汽轮机级中有水滴凝出时的湿蒸汽处理方法,并采用准三维计算比较采用该方法与否对流动的影响。计算分析结果表明:考虑水滴凝出使工质流量变化对热力气动参数有很大的影响,叶片设计应使出汽面积减少,最多达7%。
A wet steam treatment method is proposed for condensing water droplets in steam turbine stage. The quasi-three-dimensional calculation is used to compare the effects of this method on the flow. The calculation and analysis results show that considering the coagulation of droplets, the change of working fluid flow has a great influence on the thermal aerodynamic parameters. The blade design should reduce the steam area by up to 7%.
