针对连续激光辐照太阳能电池造成的损伤效应,通过观察电池损伤区域的形貌,结合电池的等效电路和I-V特性曲线,分析了已损伤电池的输出参数下降情况以及激光辐照所带来的影响,并对太阳能电池的损伤机理进行了研究。研究结果表明,激光烧蚀太阳能电池导致烧蚀区域无功率输出,同时使得电池的串联电阻增加,并联电阻减小,导致电池输出性能大幅度下降。
Aiming at the damage effect caused by continuous laser irradiation on solar cells, by observing the morphology of the damaged area of the battery, combining with the equivalent circuit of the battery and the IV characteristic curve, the output parameters of the damaged battery were analyzed and the effects of laser irradiation Influence, and the damage mechanism of solar cells were studied.
