针对中型水电站群开发排序优化问题的具体特征及规划期各单项指标的模糊性,根据模糊积分的有关理论,对基于模糊测度的模糊积分加以改进,给出了基于多层模糊积分多元决策模型,并归纳出用该模型进行电源开发决策的一般步骤.根据模糊积分多元决策结果,从中选择一批整体指标相对较优的中型水电站,在满足系统逐年电力电量需求及考虑电网水火电比重发展趋势的基础上,建立了以规划期序列总净收益最大为目标函数,以各电站的模糊积分综合决策值为权重(满足归一化条件)的模糊积分加权0-1整数规划模型.并编制了计算程序.最后对四川省境内分布于不同河流上的23个中型水电站进行开发程序优化,得到了较为满意的结果.
