目的探索简单、快速的检测水中21种挥发性有机物的方法。方法通过吹扫捕集法富集水中低浓度挥发性有机物采用选择离子模式检测,外标法定量。结果 21种挥发性有机物分离效果较好,其曲线的相关系数(r)均>0.998,检出限为0.030~0.450μg/L,方法的加标回收率范围为88.2%~109.4%重复性测量的相对标准偏差为4.5%~9.8%。结论该方法样品处理简单,检测结果准确、快速,检出限较低,精密度和线性良好,回收率较高适用于生活饮用水、水源地表水、地下水中21种VOCs的分析。
Objective To explore a simple and rapid method for detecting 21 kinds of volatile organic compounds in water. Methods Purification of low concentrations of volatile organic compounds in water by purge and trap method was carried out with selective ion mode detection and external standard method. Results The results showed that the 21 volatile organic compounds were separated well and the correlation coefficients (r) of the curves were all> 0.998. The detection limits were 0.030-0.450 μg / L. The recoveries ranged from 88.2% to 109.4%. The reproducibility The relative standard deviation was 4.5% ~ 9.8%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple sample processing, accurate and rapid detection, low detection limit, good precision and linearity and high recovery rate. The method is suitable for the analysis of 21 VOCs in drinking water, surface water and groundwater.
