本文介绍了企业员工培训中应用于工程类专业背景员工的专业辅导制的培训方式,并从专业辅导制的概念、原则、开展形式、培训内容设计、师资、考核与验收、激励约束机制等方面阐述了专业辅导制培训的操作规范,基于企业实践操作经验总结,该培训方式能有效提升员工的专业技术水平、实际问题解决能力及综合素养。
This paper introduces the training methods of professional coaching system which is applied to the staff of engineering staff in the training of employees in the enterprise. From the aspects of the concepts, principles, forms, training content design, teachers, examination and acceptance, incentive and restraint mechanisms of professional coaching system This article elaborates the operation rules of the professional counseling system training. Based on the experience of the enterprise practice operation, this training method can effectively improve the staff’s professional skills, practical problem solving skills and comprehensive literacy.
