本文将“理实一体化”理论的思想引入到高职调酒课程中,根据调酒师岗位的要求,简要的分析了调酒师岗位特点,并以当今流行的六大基酒为基础,设置了课程的教学情景,并在每个情景下,又根据不同鸡尾酒的调制方法设置了学习项目。
In this paper, the idea of “Realistic Integration ” theory is introduced into the tutoring course of higher vocational education. According to the request of bartender job, the characteristics of bartender job are briefly analyzed. The foundation, set the teaching scenario of the course, and in each scenario, set the learning items according to the modulation method of different cocktails.
