为研究肾上腺素的电化学行为及其检测方法,在05mol·L-1H2SO4底液中,用碳糊电极吸附伏安法测定肾上腺素,阳极峰电位为058V(vs.SCE),峰电位与肾上腺素的浓度在50×10-9~10×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。此法检测下限为25×10-9mol·L-1,回收率为9375%~10333%,相对标准偏差为31%(n=12)。用本法对盐酸肾上腺素注射液进行了测定,获得满意结果。本文对反应机理进行了初步探讨,肾上腺素在碳糊电极上是一个两电子、两质子的不可逆过程
In order to study the electrochemical behavior of epinephrine and its detection method, epinephrine was determined by adsorption voltammetry with carbon paste electrode in 05mol·L-1H2SO4 solution. The peak potential of the epinephrine was 058V (vs.SCE) The peak potential and epinephrine concentration in the 5 0 × 10-9 ~ 1 0 × 10-4mol · L-1 range showed a good linear relationship. The detection limit of this method was 2.5 × 10-9mol·L-1, the recovery was 9375% ~ 10333%, the relative standard deviation was 31% (n = 12). With this method of adrenaline hydrochloride injection was measured to obtain satisfactory results. In this paper, the reaction mechanism was initially discussed.
