目的探讨内脏脂肪素(Visfatin)、脂联素(APN)、瘦素水平与肥胖及2型糖尿病(T2DM)的关系。方法 85例研究对象分为糖耐量正常(NGT)组和T2DM组。根据BMI,NGT组再分为正常对照(NC)组和单纯肥胖(S-Ob)组,T2DM组再分为糖尿病非肥胖(T2DM NOb)组和糖尿病肥胖(T2DMOb)组,测定并分析各组Visfatin、APN、瘦素水平并对影响因素进行相关分析。结果 (1)四组间Visfatin、APN、瘦素、FIns、HDL-C差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)85例研究对象分为肥胖组及正常体重对照组,两组间Visfatin、瘦素、FIns、HDL-C、尿酸差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(3)WHR是Visfatin的独立影响因素(r=0.519,P<0.05)。结论 Visfatin可能在肥胖和T2DM的发生和发展中有一定作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between visfatin, adiponectin (APN), leptin and obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 85 subjects were divided into normal glucose tolerance group (NGT) and T2DM group. According to BMI, NGT group was further divided into normal control (NC) group and simple obesity (S-Ob) group. T2DM group was further divided into diabetic non-obese (T2DM NOb) group and diabetic obesity (T2DMOb) Visfatin, APN, leptin levels and related factors. Results (1) The differences of Visfatin, APN, leptin, FIns and HDL-C between the four groups were statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). (2) 85 subjects were divided into obesity group and normal body weight control group. Visfatin, leptin, FIns, HDL-C and uric acid were significantly different between two groups (P <0.05 or P <0.01). (3) WHR is an independent influencing factor of Visfatin (r = 0.519, P <0.05). Conclusion Visfatin may play a role in the occurrence and development of obesity and T2DM.
