目的介绍隐匿阴茎的临床表现与治疗方法,以引起整形外科医师的重视。方法纵行切开紧箍的包皮口,切除阴茎体发育不良的条索状组织,将包皮固定于阴茎根部的海绵体上。结果应用该方法治疗7例隐匿性阴茎,外形与排尿功能良好。结论隐匿性阴茎易与包茎混淆,须注意鉴别,对隐匿阴茎应避免进行包皮环切手术。 Objective To introduce the clinical manifestations and treatment of hidden penis to arouse the attention of plastic surgeons. Methods The mandibular prepuce was excised longitudinally and the dysplastic cords were excised from the penis. The foreskin was fixed on the corpus cavernosum at the base of the penis. Results The application of this method for the treatment of 7 cases of concealed penis, shape and urination function well. Conclusions Occult penile easily confused with the phimosis, attention should be paid to identify the hidden penis should avoid circumcision.
