随着桥梁技术的不断发展,大跨径桥梁的跨径记录不断被刷新。桥面铺装技术一直是大跨径桥梁建设的关键技术之一。环氧沥青混合料铺装层以其强度高、刚度大、高温抗塑性和低温抗裂性能好、抗疲劳性能好等优点,广泛应用于国内大跨径钢桥面铺装。文章结合广州东沙特大桥应用日本TAF环氧沥青混合料进行钢桥面结构层铺装工作实践,总结了日本TAF环氧沥青混合料在东沙特大桥钢桥面铺装的施工工艺。
As bridge technology continues to evolve, the span records of long span bridges are constantly being refreshed. Deck pavement technology has been one of the key technologies in the construction of long-span bridges. Epoxy asphalt pavement is widely used in the domestic large-span steel bridge deck pavement because of its advantages of high strength, high rigidity, high temperature resistance to plasticity and low temperature crack resistance and good fatigue resistance. In this paper, the application of Japanese TAF epoxy asphalt mixture to the bridge deck structure in Guangzhou Dongshang Bridge was summarized. The construction technology of Japanese TAF epoxy asphalt mixture in the steel deck decking of Dongsha Bridge was summarized.
