近年来,我国城市地下排水管线的规模不断扩大,诸多管线在施工完毕就存在管道变形、开裂、渗漏等缺陷,带病工作,严重影响管道的结构安全和使用功能的正常发挥。通过分析CCTV检测技术及其标准发展情况,对CCTV检测技术用于新建排水管道竣工验收的技术可行性、规范适用性进行了对比分析,并总结了近几年重庆市部分新建排水管道竣工验收中引入CCTV检测技术、检测结果作为缺陷修复和工程竣工验收依据的相关经验和实例。
In recent years, the size of underground drainage lines in cities of our country has been expanding constantly. Many pipelines have defects such as pipe deformation, cracking and leakage, and sick work when the construction is completed. This has seriously affected the structural safety of the pipelines and the normal use of functions. By analyzing the development of CCTV testing technology and its standards, the technical feasibility and normative applicability of CCTV testing technology for the completion and acceptance of newly-built drainage pipelines are compared and analyzed. In the recent years, some newly-built drainage pipelines in Chongqing have been checked and accepted The introduction of CCTV detection technology, test results as a defect repair and acceptance of the project based on the relevant experience and examples.
