陶行知说:“培养教育人和种花木一样,首先要认识花木的特点,区别不同情况给以施肥、浇水和培养教育。”种植花木尚且如此,更何况是教育孩子。来自不同家庭的孩子,有着不同的性格,有的活泼开朗、热情自信、动手能力强,有的孩子文静内向、冲动倔强、自理能力差。《指南》中指出:“幼儿的发展是一个持续、渐进的过程,同时也表现出一定的阶段性特征。每个幼儿在沿着相似进程发展的过程中,各自的发展速度和到达某一水平的时间不完全相同。” Tao Xingzhi said: “Cultivating and educating people Like planting flowers and trees, we should first understand the characteristics of flowers and trees, and give different measures to fertilize, water and cultivate education.” Even so, not to mention educating children.
