采用紫外吸收光谱法对位于乌鲁木齐市4个地点的污染废水中苯酚含量进行了测定。结果表明,在最大吸收波长为270nm、苯酚质量浓度为0~50 mg/L时,苯酚浓度与吸收率的线性关系良好。通过线性拟合法,得到苯酚浓度与吸光度的线性回归方程为:A=0.005 5c+0.079 1(R2=0.999 2),式中:A为吸光度;c为苯酚质量浓度,mg/L。结合线性回归方程,计算出各污染废水中苯酚含量,其相对误差小于2%。紫外吸收光谱法测定水中苯酚含量,具有操作简便、检测成本低等特点,为今后研究此类问题提供一定的参考依据。
The content of phenol in the polluted waste water in four locations in Urumqi was determined by UV absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the linear relationship between phenol concentration and absorption rate was good at the maximum absorption wavelength of 270 nm and phenol concentration of 0 ~ 50 mg / L. The linear regression equation of phenol concentration and absorbance was obtained by linear fitting method: A = 0.005 5c + 0.079 1 (R2 = 0.999 2), where A is the absorbance; c is the phenol concentration, mg / L. Combined with the linear regression equation, the phenol content in each polluted wastewater was calculated, and its relative error was less than 2%. Determination of phenol in water by ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy has the characteristics of simple operation, low detection cost and so on, and provides certain reference for the future research of such problems.
