普通转录因子(transcription factor,TF)ⅡB是形成转录起始复合物(PIC)的重要组成部分,可促进TFⅡD的TATA结合蛋白(TBP)亚基与RNA聚合酶Ⅱ(RNA PolⅡ)结合,决定转录起始位点。TFⅡB是一些反式调控元件的作用靶点,许多病毒通过这些反式调控元件作用于TFⅡB,其中包括乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)。许多与肝细胞癌密切相关的癌基因、抑癌基因通过与TFⅡB相互作用调控转录。TFⅡB可能与肝细胞癌的发生、发展密切相关。
The transcription factor (TF) ⅡB is an important part of the formation of transcription initiation complex (PIC). It promotes the binding of TATA binding protein (TBP) subunit of TFⅡD to RNA Pol Ⅱ, Starting point. TFIIB is the target of some trans regulatory elements. Many viruses act on TFIIB through these trans regulatory elements, including Hepatitis B virus (HBV). Many oncogenes that are closely related to hepatocellular carcinoma, tumor suppressor genes regulate transcription through interaction with TFIIB. TFⅡB may be closely related to the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
