目的研究开唇兰属植物齿唇兰A.lanceolatus、艳丽齿唇兰A.moulmeinensis和西南齿唇兰A.elwesii的总膏对高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的大鼠模型血脂四项和肾功能的影响。方法高脂饮食联合STZ诱导的大鼠模型,分别灌胃给予3种总膏,测定给药后大鼠血浆的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、肌酐(CRE)和尿素氮(BUN)。肾脏切片,进行病理学检查。结果与模型组比较,3种植物提取物中艳丽齿唇兰总膏对于改善血脂代谢和减少肌酐和尿素氮的综合影响最有效,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其次是齿唇兰总膏。结论艳丽齿唇兰总膏可能具有较好的降血脂作用及改善糖尿病肾病并发症的作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of total ointment of A.lanceolatus, A.lancensis, A.elwesii and A.elwesii on hyperlipidemia and streptozotocin (STZ) -induced rat model Blood lipid four and renal function. Results Compared with the model group, the total extract of Cervus nipponense in three plant extracts was the most effective for improving blood lipid metabolism and reducing creatinine and urea nitrogen (P <0.05) Total cream. Conclusions The total extract of Cervus nipponerra may have a good hypolipidemic effect and may improve the complication of diabetic nephropathy.
