核因子 -κB(nuclear factor- kappa B,NF-κB)是一个多功能核转录因子 ,具有广泛的生物学活性 ,直接参与机体对炎症和免疫反应的调控 ,在细胞凋亡中起到一种稳定作用 ,并参与新生血管的形成。NF-κB在炎症性视网膜疾病、视网膜光损伤、视网膜新生血管形成等的病理过程中起关键作用。对 NF-κB的基础研究极大地推动了对炎症、细胞凋亡及新生血管形成等相关疾病的认识 ,为相关疾病的发病机制和治疗研究开辟了新的途径。
