目的 探讨次声作用对大鼠视网膜 Müller细胞及血管内皮细胞增殖力的影响。 方法 采用原代培养的大鼠视网膜 Müller细胞和猴视网膜血管内皮细胞 (细胞系 ) ,8Hz、130 d B次声连续辐照 2 h,采用四唑蓝比色实验方法分别于次声作用后 4h、1d、2 d、3d、4d和 5 d6个时间点测定光吸收度值 ,绘制增殖曲线 ,进行统计分析。 结果 8Hz、130 d B次声作用 2 h对原代培养的大鼠视网膜 Müller细胞增殖能力有影响 ,在次声作用后 4h、1d、2 d和 3d4个时间点 ,其光吸收度值与对照组相比差异显著。而猴视网膜血管内皮细胞则对次声不太敏感 ,仅在次声作用后 2 d与对照组的差别有显著性意义。 结论 8Hz、130 d B次声对原代培养的大鼠视网膜 Müller细胞有一定的损伤作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of infrasound on the proliferation of retinal Müller cells and vascular endothelial cells in rats. Methods Primary cultured rat retinal Müller cells and monkey retinal vascular endothelial cells (cell lines) were exposed to repeated infrasound at 8 Hz and 130 d B for 2 h, respectively. Twenty-four hours after infrasound, , 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d and 5d 6 time points measured light absorption value, draw the proliferation curve, statistical analysis. Results The infrasound at 8 Hz and 130 dB for 2 h had significant effects on the proliferation of primary cultured rat retinal Müller cells. At 4 h, 1 d, 2 d and 3d 4 after infrasound, The difference between groups was significant. The monkey retinal vascular endothelial cells are less sensitive to infrasound, only 2 days after infrasound with the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusions The infrasound of 8 Hz and 130 d B have some effects on the primary cultured rat retinal Müller cells.
