基于认知规律的企业导师指导方法选择模型研究

现代员工成长于新的社会环境中,具有新的价值观和事业观。企业导师需要分析员工的教育背景、成长环境和思维方式,基于认知规律并运用科学的方法因材施教,吸引、激励、培养、留住员工中的优秀人才。本文试图构建企业导师指导方法选择模型,依据员工的学习意愿和技能掌握情况将其分为4类,根据不同类别特点选择适合的指导方法,提高企业人才培养效果。 Modern employees grow in the new social environment, with new values ​​and career outlook. Business mentors need to analyze their educational background, growth environment, and ways of thinking. Based on cognitive rules and using scientific methods, business mentors should follow the aptitudes to attract, motivate, cultivate and retain the best people in their workforce. This article attempts to build a model for selecting mentoring methods for business tutors and classify them into four categories according to their willingness to learn and their skills to master. According to the characteristics of different categories, the author chooses suitable guidance methods to improve the effect of talent training.
