随着牙周组织工程学的发展,如何选取理想的种子细胞已成为组织修复成功与否的关键。目前,牙周组织工程中应用包括骨髓基质细胞(bone marrow stem cells,BMSCs)、间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)、脂肪干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)、牙髓干细胞(dental pulp stem cells,DPSCs)和牙周膜细胞(periodontal ligament cells,PDLCs)。它们的种子细胞各有自己的优势和不足。文中就近年来牙周组织工程种子细胞的应用现状及牙龈成纤维细胞的研究进展进行综述。
With the development of periodontal tissue engineering, how to select the ideal seed cells has become the key to the success of tissue repair. Currently, applications of periodontal tissue engineering include bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs), mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), dental pulp stem cells pulp stem cells (DPSCs) and periodontal ligament cells (PDLCs). Their seed cells each have their own strengths and weaknesses. In this paper, in recent years, the application of periodontal tissue engineering seed cells and gingival fibroblasts research progress are reviewed.
