设计了一种刮板输送机链条张力的自动控制系统,构造了使用这种控制系统的刮板输送机的动力学模型和数学模型。设计了链条张力自动控制的PID模糊控制器,用实例分析了各种工况下张力控制系统的性能,仿真分析表明刮板输送机在正常运行中、具有软启动或可控启动的启动过程中,这种张力控制系统具有较好的适应性和稳定性。
An automatic control system for the chain tension of the scraper conveyor is designed. The dynamic model and the mathematical model of the scraper conveyor using this control system are constructed. The PID fuzzy controller with automatic control of chain tension is designed. The performance of the tension control system under various working conditions is analyzed by examples. The simulation analysis shows that during the normal operation of the scraper conveyor, the controller has soft start or controlled start This tension control system has good adaptability and stability.
