硝酸纤维素薄膜是灵敏度较高的固体径迹探测器材料。采用简便的、精确的火花计数技术,能对较大面积的硝酸纤维素径迹探测器上的低、中径迹密度的α粒子进行迅速、正确的计数。本文重点对我们研究和使用的一种适合于火花计数的硝酸纤维素薄膜的制备作了介绍,此外,还介绍了薄膜的探测性能。 为了能制备一批数量较多的、性能均匀的薄膜,我们采用浸涂法在自制的半机械化连续涂膜装置上制膜(装置见图1)。
Nitrocellulose membrane is a highly sensitive solid track detector material. The simple, accurate spark-counting technique enables rapid and accurate counting of low and medium track-density alpha particles on larger-area nitrocellulose track detectors. This paper focuses on the preparation of a nitrocellulose membrane suitable for spark counting that we have studied and used. In addition, the detection performance of the membrane is introduced. In order to be able to prepare a large number of even and uniform films, we dip-coated them on a self-made, semi-mechanized, continuous coating unit (see Fig. 1).
