盾构刀盘是在盾构掘进过程中起重要作用的部件。为了降低设备采购成本、提高设备的适应性,对适用于软弱地层中的地铁隧道施工的直径6.24m土压平衡式盾构刀盘系统进行改造,以适应单区间长距离全断面砂砾复杂地层工程的施工。介绍改进方案制定、技术工艺实施,并对改造后的刀盘实际掘进效果进行分析研究。实践证明只要改进措施得当,实施工艺合理,不仅可以扩大盾构适用范围,还可以有效提高其掘进性能指标,从而显著提高盾构施工的经济效益。
