[目的]探讨实时视频录像反馈学习法对提高护士创伤急救时效性的效果。[方法]选取60例符合条件的严重多发伤病例,即损伤严重评分(ISS评分)≥25分的病人,对前30例病人(对照组),按传统的方式常规点评急救表现,通过视频录像记录各关键操作指标的时间;对后30例病人(观察组)每次抢救后通过视频录像反馈,总结并学习急救流程,重点强调各关键时间的掌控,加深提高创伤病人急救时效的概念。比较两组视频录像记录的9个关键时间点,并将实时视频反馈学习法前后的各项关键指标的时间进行比较。[结果]两组除多功能监护时间差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其他指标均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]实时视频录像反馈学习法在提高创伤急救的护理时效性方面有很好的效果。
[Objective] To explore the effect of real-time video recording feedback learning method to improve the timeliness of emergency treatment of nurses. [Methods] Sixty cases of severe multiple trauma who met the criteria were selected, that is, patients with severe injury score (ISS score) ≥25 points. The first 30 patients (control group) The time of each key operation index was recorded. After each salvage of the last 30 patients (observation group), the video recording feedback was used to summarize and learn the emergency procedure, with emphasis on the control of each critical time and the concept of improving the first aid effectiveness of trauma patients. Comparing the nine key time points of the two video records, and comparing the time before and after the real-time video feedback learning method with the key indicators. [Results] There was no significant difference between the two groups except for the multi-function guardianship time (P> 0.05), other indexes were statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The real-time video recording feedback learning method has a good effect in improving the timeliness of nursing care of trauma emergency.
