现今社会,职业学校普遍重视学生的专业知识传授与职业技能培养,而忽视人文教育与人文精神熏陶。职业学校出来的学生,往往缺乏必要的人文涵养以及适应社会变化的能力,在社会竞争中处于不利地位。要改变此现状,使我们的职校学生不被时代淘汰,就需要努力改变学校和教师的教育教学理念,将人文教育的理念渗透进职业学校的教育教学中,尤其是职业学校的语文教学。因为语文是职业学校一门重要基础学科,也是一门工具学科,在校学生语文素质的高低,不仅关系到其它课程和职业技能的学习,而且会对学生今后的工作与生活会产生深远的影响。语文课程是人文教育的最好载体。职校的语文教师,应当肩负起人文教育责任。 In today’s society, vocational schools generally attach importance to students’ professional knowledge and professional skills training, while neglecting humanistic education and humanistic spirit.
