现今社会,职业学校普遍重视学生的专业知识传授与职业技能培养,而忽视人文教育与人文精神熏陶。职业学校出来的学生,往往缺乏必要的人文涵养以及适应社会变化的能力,在社会竞争中处于不利地位。要改变此现状,使我们的职校学生不被时代淘汰,就需要努力改变学校和教师的教育教学理念,将人文教育的理念渗透进职业学校的教育教学中,尤其是职业学校的语文教学。因为语文是职业学校一门重要基础学科,也是一门工具学科,在校学生语文素质的高低,不仅关系到其它课程和职业技能的学习,而且会对学生今后的工作与生活会产生深远的影响。语文课程是人文教育的最好载体。职校的语文教师,应当肩负起人文教育责任。
In today’s society, vocational schools generally attach importance to students’ professional knowledge and professional skills training, while neglecting humanistic education and humanistic spirit. Students coming out of vocational schools often lack the necessary humanistic capacity to adapt to social changes and are at a disadvantage in social competition. To change this status quo so that our vocational school students are not out of the times, we need to work hard to change the concept of education and teaching of schools and teachers, and infiltrate the concept of humanistic education into vocational schools’ teaching and learning, especially the language teaching in vocational schools. Because language is an important basic discipline in vocational schools and a tool discipline, the quality of Chinese students is not only related to the learning of other courses and vocational skills, but also has a far-reaching impact on students’ future work and life . Chinese course is the best carrier of humanistic education. Language teachers in vocational schools should shoulder the responsibility of humanistic education.
