中国版画的深刻巨变发生在二十世纪,以鲁迅倡导的新兴木刻运动为肇始,中国版画由传统形态向现代形态转变,由复制形态的版画向创作形态的版画转变。在从新兴木刻运动到延安美术的发展历程中,木刻青年一方面吸收西方版画的创作观念和方法,另一方面又深入地挖掘本民族版画的艺术资源,从传统绘画和民间美术中吸取养分,推动中国版画走向现代。并且,二十世纪中国版画的 The profound and profound changes in Chinese print took place in the 20th century.
