我国是染料生产和出口大国,常年生产的染料品种有数百个,除满足市场需求外,还大量出口到世界100多个国家和地区。近年来我国染料出口量已经占国内生产量的40%～50%,主要染料产品约占国际市场60%以上份额,成为世界第一染料出口大国。随着世界纺织工业的发展和染料工业结构改革的不断深入,染料生产和贸易更加活跃,与此同时发达国家尤其是欧盟对染料产品质量制订了一系列的控制措施,提出越来越严格的生态要求和社会责任问题。因此,制订《出口染料及相关产品技术指南》对我国染料及相关产品的出口将具有十分重要的意义。
China is a big country of dye production and export. There are hundreds of varieties of dyes produced annually. In addition to satisfying the market demand, China also exports large quantities of dyes to more than 100 countries and regions in the world. In recent years, China’s dye exports have accounted for 40% to 50% of domestic production, the main dye products account for about 60% of the international market share, becoming the world’s largest exporter of dyes. With the development of the world textile industry and the deepening reform of the dye industry structure, dye production and trade are more active. Meanwhile, the developed countries, especially the EU, have formulated a series of control measures on the quality of dye products and put forward more and more strict ecological Requirements and social responsibility issues. Therefore, the development of “technical guidelines for export of dyes and related products,” China’s exports of dyes and related products will be of great significance.
