目的:探讨肿节风分散片联合雷尼替丁治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及对患者炎性因子的影响。方法:选择义乌市中医医院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的复发性口腔溃疡患者86例，依据随机数字表法分为观察组43例与对照组43例。对照组患者给予雷尼替丁治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合肿节风分散片治疗。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗前和治疗4周视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、炎性因子、主要症候积分变化及治疗4周后疗效。结果:观察组治疗4周VAS评分为（1.32±0.37）分，低于对照组的（3.06±0.54）分（n t=17.430，n P<0.05）。观察组治疗4周血清白细胞介素2（IL-2）［（16.42±3.18）μg/L］、白细胞介素6（IL-6）［（6.56±1.28）ng/L］、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）［（7.69±1.34）μg/L］均低于对照组［（25.97±5.24）μg/L、（9.84±1.62）ng/L和（11.86±1.83）μg/L］（n t=10.217、10.4617、12.056，均n P<0.05）。观察组治疗4周溃疡面积积分［（0.76±0.14）分］、溃疡数目积分［（0.68±0.19）分］均低于对照组［（1.21±0.20）分和（1.24±0.30）分］（n t=12.087、10.341，均n P<0.05）。观察组总有效率［93.02%（40/43）］高于对照组［72.09%（31/43）］（χn 2=6.541，n P<0.05）。n 结论:肿节风分散片联合雷尼替丁对复发性口腔溃疡患者疗效明显，且可减轻疼痛及减轻炎性反应。“,”Objective:To investigate the efficacy of n Zhongjiefeng dispersible tablets combined with ranitidine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and its effec on inflammatory factors.n Methods:Eighty-six patients who received recurrent oral ulcer in Yiwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were included in this study. They were randomly assigned to receive treatment with either ranitidine (control group, n n = 43) or n Zhongjiefeng dispersible tablets combined with ranitidine (observation group, n n = 43) for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, visual analogue scale score and inflammatory factor were compared between the control and observation groups. Change in main symptom score after treatment relative to before treatment and the curative effect were also compared between the two groups.n Results:After treatment, the visual analogue scale score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(1.32 ± 0.37) n vs. (3.06 ± 0.54), n t = 17.430, n P < 0.05]. After treatment, serum interleukin-2 [(16.42 ± 3.18) μg/L], interleukin-6 [(6.56 ± 1.28) ng/L], tumor necrosis factor-α [(7.69 ± 1.34) μg/L] levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group [(25.97 ± 5.24) μg/L, (9.84 ± 1.62) ng/L and (11.86 ± 1.83) μg/L, n t = 10.217, 10.4617 and 12.056, all n P < 0.05]. After treatment, ulcer area score [(0.76 ± 0.14) points] and ulcer number score [(0.68 ± 0.19) points] in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group [(1.21 ± 0.20) points and (1.24 ± 0.30) points, n t = 12.087, 10.341, both n P < 0.05]. Total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [93.02% (40/43) n vs. 72.09% (31/43), χn 2 = 6.541, n P < 0.05].n Conclusion:Zhongjiefeng dispersible tablets combined with ranitidine exhibits obvious curative effect on recurrent oral ulcer in patients through reducing pain and inflammatory reaction.n
