以2份番茄栽培品种为供试材料，比较了不同基因型和不同激素配比对愈伤组织诱导和植株再生频率的影响。结果表明，不同基因型之间的培养反应值存在较大的差异；以下胚轴为外植体可以获得具较高分化力的愈伤组织。
Two tomato cultivars were used as materials to compare the effects of different genotypes and hormone combinations on callus induction and plant regeneration frequency. The results showed that there was a big difference in the culture response values between different genotypes. The lower hypocotyl explants could obtain callus with higher differentiation ability.
