对HRB400(Nb)钢筋出现无屈服强度和延伸率低的原因进行了研究,结果表明钢中贝氏体含量较高是导致其出现无屈服强度现象的主要原因,而C、Mn含量同时偏高、冷却速度快又是贝氏体形成的主要原因。通过对C、Mn含量以及冷却速度的控制,HRB400(Nb)无屈服强度现象得到改善。
The reasons for the non-yield strength and low elongation of HRB400 (Nb) rebar were studied. The results show that the high bainite content in steel is the main reason for the non-yield strength, and the C and Mn contents are high at the same time , Cooling is the main reason for the formation of bainite. Through the control of C, Mn content and cooling rate, the yield strength of HRB400 (Nb) is improved.
