法官队伍素质的高低对司法水平与司法公信力高低有着至关重要的影响。我国的预备法官培训制度起步较晚,面临着学员素质参差不齐、培训次数少时间短等问题。本文认为,为了破解预备法官培训制度的困境,应积极推进法学教育体制与司法考试制度改革、注重培训之外实习管理、延长培训周期调整师资,推进我国法官的职业化、精英化进程,提高司法公信力。 The quality of the judge team has a crucial impact on the judicial level and the credibility of the judiciary. China’s preparatory training system for judges started late, is faced with uneven quality of trainees, short training times and other issues. This paper argues that in order to solve the predicament of preparatory judges’ training system, we should actively promote the reform of legal education system and judicial examination system, pay attention to practice management outside of training, extend the training period to adjust teachers, promote the professionalization and elitism of judges in our country, Credibility.
