在我国现代化建设步伐不断加快的时代背景之下,人民的物质文化生活日渐丰富,但是精神文明建设却跟不上物质文明的发展步伐。而就医生行业而言,人们以及医务工作者本身在看待医生这一原本崇高的职业时,也带有了商业交换的意味,以劳动换取收入已经成为了当下的共识,医患关系日渐紧张。笔者作为一个高三学生,不禁生出了对医药行业的担忧,特此在参考相关文献的基础之上,提出了有关新时代医生需要具备何种素质的个人思考,敬请斧正。 Under the background of accelerating pace of modernization in our country, people’s material and cultural life is increasingly rich, but the building of spiritual civilization can not keep up with the pace of development of material civilization. In the case of the doctor’s profession, people and the medical workers themselves have taken the meaning of business exchange when they look at the originally lofty profession of a doctor. Relying on labor for income has become the current consensus and the relationship between doctors and patients is becoming increasingly tense. As a senior year student, I can not help but give birth to the concerns of the pharmaceutical industry. Therefore, I hereby put forward my personal thinking on what qualities doctors need in the new age based on the reference of relevant literature.
