针对核电工程项目复杂的环境,以及建设任务“多项目”和“项目化”的特点,运用项目化管理思想提出核电工程项目化管理模式,旨在研究核电工程项目“按项目进行管理”和“多项目管理”的体系框架;从项目目标集成、专业资源执行、组织三个层次,探讨核电工程项目化管理的重点关注工作,以期为核电工程项目建设提供一些借鉴。
In view of the complex environment of nuclear power project, as well as the characteristic of “multi-project” and “project-oriented” construction tasks, this paper proposes the project management mode of nuclear power project using the idea of project management to study the nuclear power project “ Management ”and“ multi-project management ”system framework; from the project goal integration, professional resource implementation, organization three levels, to explore the focus of nuclear power project management, with a view to provide some reference for the construction of nuclear power projects .
