在现在的许多工程机械中为了实现机械的平稳运行,在机械的一些部位使用了调节阀。特别是在现在的自动化系统当中,调节阀就相当于自控系统的手足,在调节自控系统稳定性能方面有着重要的作用。调节阀的性能和安全性能对机械系统的整体性能有着重要的作用。但是在实际的工程机械使用中常常出现调节阀的振动从而产生极大的噪声。调节阀的振动对机械系统的稳定性产生了不良的影响,有时由于调节阀的振动过于强烈而造成一些安全事故。对工程机械而言研究调节阀振动产生的原因并提出减小调节阀振动的具体原因。笔者将结合实际对调节阀产生振动的具体原因进行研究并根据研究结果提出减小调节阀振动具体可行的方法。
In many current construction machinery in order to achieve the smooth operation of the machine, the use of some parts of the mechanical control valve. Especially in the current automation system, the control valve is equivalent to the hands and feet of the control system, which plays an important role in regulating the stability of the control system. Control valve performance and safety performance of the overall mechanical system has an important role. However, the vibration of the regulating valve often occurs in the actual use of construction machinery to produce great noise. The vibration of the regulating valve has an adverse effect on the stability of the mechanical system, sometimes resulting in some safety accidents due to the excessive vibration of the regulating valve. For construction machinery, the reasons for regulating valve vibration are studied and the specific reasons for reducing the vibration of regulating valve are proposed. I will combine the actual control valve to produce the specific causes of vibration and research results based on the proposed reduction valve vibration specific feasible method.
