土地作为乡村旅游发展过程中的根本资源,能否得到有效合理配置,使土地用地功能得到有效利用,是关系到乡村旅游发展前景的重要先决条件。本文旨在对我国乡村旅游发展中土地流转的现状进行分析,对现有的土地流转模式对乡村旅游发展的影响进行归纳,希望对乡村旅游用地合理开发利用提供一定的帮助。 As the basic resource in the process of rural tourism development, whether land can be effectively and rationally allocated or not and land use can be effectively used is an important prerequisite to the development of rural tourism. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo of land transfer in the development of rural tourism in our country and to summarize the impact of land transfer patterns on rural tourism development in the hope of providing some help to the reasonable development and utilization of rural tourism land.
