有效教学是一项发展性课题,它是与低效或无效教学相对而言,也就是指人们常说的“高效教学”。什么是教学策略呢?是指教育工作者为了达到一定教学目的,并完成相应教学任务,而采取的一系列教学方法和手段。有效教学策略的探讨与运用,既体现在行为实践的努力进取方面,又反映在教育理念的积极转化方面,是两者之间的和谐共荣现象。本文立足于小学语文教学角度,在现状简析基础上。笔者结合自身的实践与思考,试对此作出抛砖引玉之论。
Effective teaching is a developmental subject, as opposed to inefficient or ineffective teaching, which is often referred to as “efficient teaching.” What is the teaching strategy? It refers to a series of teaching methods and means adopted by educators in order to achieve certain teaching purposes and to complete the corresponding teaching tasks. The exploration and application of effective teaching strategies are not only embodied in the endeavoring of behavior practice, but also reflected in the positive transformation of educational philosophy and the harmonious co-prosperity between the two. This article is based on the perspective of primary language teaching, on the basis of the status quo analysis. The author combines his own practice and thinking, try to make a discussion on this.
