党的十八大提出:加大对农村和欠发达地区文化建设的帮扶力度。把农村文化建设摆在了党和政府工作的重要位置,体现了中央对农村文化建设的高度重视。但相比农村经济发展而言,农村文化匮乏滞后是显而易见的。由于长期以来缺少资金投入,农村文化基础设施建设实际处于停滞不前的状态。我个人认为农村文化工作目前尚存在以下几个方面的问题: The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward: We should step up efforts to promote cultural construction in rural areas and less developed areas.
