本文在现有研究成果及理论的基础上,探讨服装品牌连锁店铺服务水平评价指标体系的选择,构建服装品牌连锁店铺服务水平的评价指标体系。并以湖南J公司35家门店的调查数据为基础,运用主成分分析方法,提出了服装品牌连锁店铺服务水平的评价模型,并进行店铺服务水平的综合评价分析,最后在综合评价基础上,提出了进一步完善服装品牌连锁店铺服务水平的建议与对策。
Based on the existing research results and theories, this article explores the selection of service level evaluation index system for clothing brand chain stores and builds an evaluation index system for the service level of clothing brand chain stores. Based on the survey data of 35 stores in Hunan J Company, this paper proposes the evaluation model of the service level of the chain store in the clothing brand by using the principal component analysis method, and carries out the comprehensive evaluation of the service level of the store. Finally, on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation, Suggestions and Countermeasures to Further Improve the Service Level of Chain Store in Apparel Brands.
